Welcome to ReadyPrintAI. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using our website and services. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Description of Service & AI Licensing

ReadyPrintAI provides an image upscaling service designed to prepare AI-generated and low-resolution artwork for high-quality physical printing. We utilize GPU-accelerated infrastructure and open-source models, specifically Real-ESRGAN.

Model Attribution: Real-ESRGAN is provided under the BSD 3-Clause License. By using this service, you acknowledge that the software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, and you agree to comply with the redistribution and use conditions set forth by the original authors (Xintao Wang, et al.).

2. Account Registration

To use our upscaling engine, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

3. Purchases, Credits, and Refunds

ReadyPrintAI operates on a pay-as-you-go model. We do not offer recurring subscriptions. All purchases are one-time transactions for either a single "Guest Pass" or a bundle of digital credits.

  • Credit Usage: One (1) credit entitles you to one (1) high-resolution image upscale.
  • Refund Policy: We offer a generous refund policy for unused credits. If you purchase a bundle and do not use all of your credits, you may request a refund for the prorated value of the unused credits within one (1) year (365 days) of the original purchase date.
  • Used Credits: Due to the heavy GPU compute costs associated with processing images, we cannot offer refunds for credits that have already been consumed.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the images you upload to ReadyPrintAI. We claim no ownership over your original files or the upscaled outputs. By uploading an image, you grant us a temporary license strictly for the purpose of processing the image on our servers to provide the service to you.

5. Acceptable Use & AI Ethics

You agree not to use the service to upload, process, or distribute any content that is illegal, infringes on third-party copyright, or depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Furthermore, you agree not to use our AI-powered upscaling tools for:

  • The creation or enhancement of deceptive deepfakes or non-consensual sexual content.
  • The promotion of illegal violence, hate speech, or prohibited propaganda.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ReadyPrintAI is provided on an "AS IS" basis. While we strive to provide the highest quality upscaling for print, we do not warrant that the results will perfectly meet your specific expectations for every single image, as AI upscaling relies on predictive generative algorithms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
